會認識這個從獨立團體出身的樂團，是因為在朋友部落格的背景音樂裡，聽到他們很有個人意境、不同主流曲調的歌曲。一聽就愛上的我，已將那音符銘刻在心底。
詞曲創作俱佳的主唱Ben Gibbard，本來只是仍就讀工程系的學生。但早熟的音樂才華，讓他從1997年就成立了自己的樂團【Death Cab For Cutie】。之後，雖然歷經了分分合合的過程。但在2005年，重新組團加入主流唱片華納音樂後，他們的第一張專輯【Plans】就大放異彩。這首我很喜歡的歌『I Will Follw You Into The Dark』，就收錄在此專輯裡。現在，就讓我們一起來欣賞這首由Ben Gibbard主唱的MV吧。
